I left corporate three times and returned to builder mode

I am turning 50 this month. I spent more than 20 years moving between startups and corporate roles, including leadership roles at seven startups across product, marketing and advertising.

My work was always about finding the right problem, building products people wanted and creating repeatable ways to acquire customers.

Several of those startups were acquired, pulling me back into larger companies. I left corporate three times and returned to building.

I have done this work many times: bringing ideas to market, finding customers, making commercial decisions and coaching teams through uncertainty.
